There are many PVC whelp boxes on the market, and as a dog breeder myself, there were 4 defining factors that made this one stand out above others. 

• 2 Adjustable doors, 1 on the whelp box for your access, and 1 between the whelp box and puppy pen (Many on the market have no doors, and some have 1, and who wants to climb over a 45cm fence multiple times daily) 
• The ability to join multiple boxes/pen together if desired to create the layout that works for you. (half those we considered did not have this feature).
• Clip in Pig Rails easy unclip when not required.
• Wide pickets in the puppy pen prevent them being chewed (unlike the round one that are thinner and spaced further apart)

1. It simply doesn't need one to be built in
2. Economy, significant lower cost of production
3. Ease of shipping, flat pack vs cumbersome
4. Storage again its much easier to store flat pack items

Some Flooring Ideas:

• Carpet Sq: Bunnings heavy rubber back 1x1msq carpet (Use it rubber side up, they have other sizes too)
• Vinyl: Bunnings have both per metre and pre cut options, And most Flooring Shops sell offcuts. 
• Rubber Matting, Office Chair Mats, Garage Carpet,  
  
• On top of one of these options should be Whelp Mats, Dry Bed and or Disposable Puppy Pee Pads
• We're hoping to bring your some discounts on these additional items!

All stock is in Rotorua.

Due to the size (vol & kg) not all couriers will transport this item.

Shipping is via NZ Post Courier. Delivered to your door in approx 5 days.

If you live rurally, have it delivered to a friend with an urban address to save on shipping

We always try and offer the most economical & practical shipping we can, sometimes you may have a better option. and want to arrange Your Own Shipping (we'll delivery it to any Rotorua Courier/Freight Depot for you)

We also accept layby terms on whelp box's, simply order the whelp box on a separate order from any other products and write LAYBY in the comments section. We prefer its paid off within 3mths, but you can take as long as required. All payments are receipted and as soon as full payment received we'll ship it to you.
