Shipping & Handling

Purchase items from multiple sellers with a single checkout! Our system will calculate the combined shipping and handling costs for you. 

Shipping and Handling are included in the shipping costs. Rather than including them in the product prices, we've chosen to use this method which we hope gives you the best rate. You'll find most of the vendors use truly recycled packaging, so don't be surprised if the packaging looks 2nd hand - it helps keep the cost down and stops packaging waste in landfills.

Login anytime to check the status of your order, delivery is usually 5 - 7 days depending upon dispatch and destination. If you haven't received it within 10 days please contact the vendor directly, their contact details are on their individual Vendor Store

New Zealand Shipping

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed in addition to shipping time. If your order is custom made this processing time will be extended

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 working days of payment receipt.

Shipping is set by each vendor. Orders including items from multiple vendors are calculated in the total delivery cost. Most vendors use NZ Post Standard Delivery (approx 5-7 days) and shipping starts at $6.

Rural Delivery is an additional $4.30 per order.

Delivery progress can be tracked at NZ Post Tracking Tracking numbers are recorded on each order. (Accounts > Order History >) 

Express Service is only available from Stud Master to try and help with time crucial situations, orders are processed & dispatched within 24 hours (business days) of payment receipt and sent by NZ Post Courier Non Signature Delivery (1- 3 days depending upon your address)
