How to Assemble your StudMaster PVC Whelp Box & Puppy Pen

There are a few ways to go about assembly - the 30sec video below and the printable instructions, shows how the manufacturer suggests it's done

First time setup will take a bit longer as you attach all the parts.

• The pig rails are not pre-attached - as this is varies for different breeds - measure from the bottom of the post up and attach as your first step
• A copy of the manufacturer assembly instructions is available to download from your accounts section

• Picket pen fence - lay the fence panels on the floor to assemble the pickets - the video shows them standing it up
• Flooring
• Bunnings sell floor vinyl per meter - it's a great option for flooring
• Storage
• Instead of dismantling the pen fence - it's easy stored standing upright, or flat in your garage rafters
• Store everything in a cheap oversized sports or tent bag, one breeder we know uses an old gazebo bag
