Some breeders prefer to use a tube and cone for semen collection. Simply cut off the end of one of our single use collection sheaths and insert the tub into the sheath and push through to the end, secure with a rubber band and your ready to use for DIY dog semen collection and artificial insemination. As with all products of this type we recommend disposing of each tube after single use, as home sterilization is unreliable and could affect the viability of the semen collected from your dog. But you can use a simple detergent solution to clean them, and then boil in hot water for a few minutes, But make sure they are completely dry and sterile before use.
